Founded by Lesten Olivier in 1998, Pay-Less Fitment Centre was built on a simple belief: quality workmanship shouldn't break the bank.
Before starting Pay-Less, Lesten spent a decade working hands-on as a Fitter at Kwik Fit — learning every bolt, bearing, and brake drum from the ground up. No shortcuts, just real experience.
In 2002, new regulations required every fitment centre to have at least one qualified Journeyman. Lesten stepped up — nominated himself and earned his qualification at Westlake Technical College. No hired managers. The owner IS the expert.
